Once an order is placed all orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. However, during sale periods or other similarly busy times, order processing and delivery times may take up to 4 business days longer.

Once orders are dispatched from our warehouse we unfortunately are unable to update or redirect the order to a new shipping address, as we utilise a third party shipping company. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us our customer care team immediately, as will endeavour to update your address before dispatch. If you wish to modify your order before dispatch please contact us immediately as we may be able to modify the order. Once an order is dispatched you are unable to cancel the order. Please note once an order is dispatched you are unable to modify your order.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that Adriana Resort is only shipping Australia Wide for the foreseeable future.

All orders will be shipped via Australian Post.

 

Australian standard - 2-10 business days - free shipping on orders $90 and over. A $8.50 fee will be applied for orders under $90.

Australian express - 1-5 business days - cost $15.00 regardless of price.
